**Our Commission Structure:**
 
Our commission is based on the initial listing price of each individual item:
 
* For items priced below £500: 50% commission (minimum charge of £30/item)
* For items priced between £501-£1000: 40% commission
* For items priced between £1001-£5000: 35% commission
* For items priced over £5000: 30% commission
 
Please note that for handbags and jewelry priced to sell over £1000, we may also charge a surcharge for further authentication costs.
 
After 30 days, unsold items may be subject to a price reduction of up to 20%. After 60 days, the reduction may be up to 30%, and after 6 months, up to 40%. 
 
We will hold your items for sale for a minimum term of six months. If you wish to take your pieces back early, you will need to arrange a collection and incur a £10 per item listing withdrawal fee.

1. About Us
Studio Resale is an online fashion resale retailer offering pre-owned, vintage, and second-hand clothing and accessories.

2. Product Condition

2.1 All items sold are pre-owned unless otherwise stated.
2.2 We aim to describe condition, sizing, and any defects as accurately as possible.
2.3 Due to the nature of resale items, minor signs of wear should be expected.
2.4 Product images may vary depending on screen display settings.

3. Pricing & Payment
3.1 All prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive/exclusive of tax (depending on your jurisdiction — adjust as needed).
3.2 Payments must be made in full at checkout using accepted payment methods displayed on our website.
3.3 We reserve the right to update pricing at any time, but charges will reflect the price at time of purchase.

4. Orders
4.1 Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirming the details.
4.2 We may cancel orders if an item is out of stock, incorrectly priced, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
4.3 If cancellation occurs, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping
5.1 We ship to the locations listed on our website.
5.2 Shipping costs and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout.
5.3 Delivery times are estimates only; we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control.
5.4 Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been shipped.

6. Returns & Refunds
6.1 We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
6.2 Returned items must be:

• In the same condition received

• Unworn, unwashed, and with any original tags/labels still attached
  6.3 Items returned in a different condition than sold may be rejected or refunded at a reduced amount.
  6.4 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrectly described or defective.
  6.5 Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
  6.6 Final sale items (if applicable) will be clearly marked and are not eligible for return.
   

7. Authenticity
7.1 We guarantee the authenticity of all branded items to the best of our expertise.
7.2 Any concerns regarding authenticity must be raised within 14 days of receiving the product.

8. Liability
8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Loss of profits

• Loss of data

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  8.2 Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or anything that cannot legally be excluded.
   

9. Privacy
9.1 We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9.2 By purchasing from us, you consent to such processing.

10. Changes to Terms
10.1 We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
10.2 The version displayed at checkout at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.
